If they can rebound at all, I usually put them at SF. I've had some guys who were clearly SF's but were listed as guards. They turned out to be tremendous scorers but I wouldn't really consider playing them at SG with mediocre speed.
This is another concern I have. One of the recruits I'm scouting who has high ATH, mediocre SPD is also a sub-par rebounder. A couple of others have only a symbolic "1" REB (which I view as "if the ball lands in my hands, I'll take it").
Ideally I would love to have guys with high ratings in both ATH and SPD, but at the level of my prestige in D2, it's going to take a while before I see many of those. I'm mostly looking at players with 1 or 2 obvious flaws but who have high ratings in the critical categories I need. This recruiting season, that's LP and PER to go along with some acceptable combo of ATH, SPD, BH and DEF.
