It is a reference to a 1985 Michael J. Fox comedy movie. The character Fox plays in the movie (Scott Howard) is a normal high school kid who discovers that he is actually a werewolf. Howard's high school basketball team is really bad (think Cal Tech) and has not won a game in 3 seasons. Howard is the PG on the team. Howard quits fighting his family history and lets himself become the "Teen Wolf" and carries his team on a long winning streak to within one game of the championship. I won't give away the ending in case anyone wants to rent the movie.
As the "Teen Wolf", Howard is a totally self-centered ball hog who takes shots even when teammates are wide open. He even steals the ball from a teammate to enhance his own glory. The HD scouting trip feedback is telling you that this player is like that movie character - a ball hog who is not a team player.
