My advice would be to stop jumping from team to team capitalizing on winning programs and build one
sorry, not a personal thing but just one of my biggest pet peeves are the coaches who jump to a new school every 2 years to capitalize on a team that has been winning or is set up to win for the next season or 2.
Your money to spend though so whatever
its not a pet peeve of mine. but, it is certainly the reality that if you want to be a good coach, you should listen to his advice. i really dont care either way. there is just 0 doubt you are better off to build a team yourself - if your goal is to be a highly successful coach. sure - short term, its not as good, because your team sucks. but in the end, its way better, not even close.
on fb, i would say that ath/spd/sta comment is definitely true. also, lp/per are less important than any other offense.
