I ended recruiting with ~$7,000 and was planning to have some for next season recruiting. I just realized when recruiting ended this season, I had $0. Doesn't rollover come once the new players join your team? Maybe I'm mistaken, but I remember scouting states mid-season. Any help?

You can't have any walk ons/ have to fill all scholies to get any cash.

That sucks, I took over a sim that needed 7, I filled 6 with a walk on, the max allowed, and will have about 5k for next season.  Does that mean I lose it all?  Even if I filled the max allowable by the game engine?

Follow up to the last, I couldn't get a transfer or juco close enough to me and the closest (over 900 miles away) wouldn't take my calls.

you lose the $$ - in that situation, to keep it you need to go out and find a juco or a transfer - which may or may not be worth it

Right after recruiting ends -- so you can use FSS to scout players for next year just as soon as they're generated.
