I got this scholarship message from a DII guy (I am DIII):

Coach, I just can't say yes or now right now...I'm still supposed to take a campus visit of another school. I'd still like to learn more about your program too.

I am still not being considered by this player (and he's "tight" with a D2 sim) - can I make home visits or bring him to campus now, or must I be "considered" before doing so?

Sounds like you can do HVs and CVs.  Is he within 70 miles?

I would move on if he is tight with d2 sim. There are better players,battles instead of spending 6k plus on him. You can go for him if you want,recruitable but be prepared to spend a lot since he is tight with the team.

He's not within 70 miles, but I already have a good amount invested in him.
