1. Jobs are completely broken.  It's been a topic here for awhile, was "being looked at",  but it appears seble has abandoned WIS.  I'm not qualified to coach at my own school despite taking them from a D- to B- prestige!

2. There is a bit of the loyalty issue there job switching a lot.

What does it say when you mouse over the thought bubble on the side of the D1 jobs, something about looking for someone with more loyalty?

What someone said about your RPIs is true.  They aren't great for the NT, so maybe that is the reason.  I'm honestly surprised your loyalty is an A.  In the old HD, there's no way it would be an A, and that would be the obvious reason why you can't get a D1 job.  Unfortunately, it doesn't look like your team is a NT team next year either.  If you really don't want to wait at least one more season to get to D1, then you probably should ask CS to get it transferred fast.

I sent a ticket, we'll see what's up...I didn't pay a lot of attention to scheduling next season due to it, I'd be more than happy just to get out at this point to be honest.

Getting knocked for not having consistent, recent success, and this is at D and D- prestiges.

Looks like you paid more attention to schedule for next season then you did for this season (when you only faced three humans).

You need one more good season and can move up to DI. The notion that you'd try to worm your way out and quit before that is beyond silly.

Also girt, look at the resume/2 seasons that got me to D1 the first time...less impressive but I was at *** U for 6 seasons...a CT win trumps a CC title and at large bid?

And in all honesty, 2 teams is a bit much for me, especially when one of those teams is just a stepping stone that I don't care that much about, where I thought/hoped/expected to be at D1 after 1, at the very most 2 NT seasons at the VUU.  Perhaps in the future WIS could make it possible to see what potential jobs you could be open for in the future without making a seasonal WHAT IF/crapshoot commitment, just to see what the decision is.  I get that they want/need their money, but I already spent it and the situation is at best a coin flip, especially after what I thought/was told was golden, isn't (2 straight NTs)

The ironic thing is that this all goes back to you being a complete wuss when it comes to scheduling. If you'd put even semi-real schedules together, you wouldn't have had to worry about squeaking into the NT with 26 wins and a barely NT worthy RPI.

Pretty extreme irony there, considering I've been harping on the scheduling thing with you for quite some time.

I've always owned my scheduling prowess, I'm a scrub pounder and make no apologies about it...I am less so now, but I still like beating up Sim AIs.  Bottom line is, I had better seasons at VUU than at *** U where the scrub pounding was at a whole nother level, and I love how you call 26 wins and a 45 RPI "squeaking" into the NT...lol.

Just noting as well, I love how you talk to me like I'm the same guy that argued with you guys almost 2 years ago...'art not so.

1. You're about the same guy when it comes to your mistakes with scheduling. And you can not use the word "prowess" when it comes to your scheduling. It is, well, the opposite of prowess.

2. The fact remains that if you had scheduled reasonably, you wouldn't have been stuck with rpi's in the 40's/50's/60's, and would be eligible to move up to DI right now. You have no one to blame but yourself (for that and for constantly hopping around).

Well thankfully, WIS obliged.
