Question on D1 jobs Topic

This is my fourth year coaching and I am curious to know what it takes to get to a job offer from D1 school.  With my resume I would like to know if it will take a few more seasons.

You probably need a sweet 16 berth.  You won't need as much once you get more seasons in, but with only 64 total wins, you need to do really well in the NT, but I don't know.  You might need 100 wins minimum though.

My strong suggestion to you is to spend a little more time in D2 to learn the game, recruiting, strategy, etc.

I appreciate the feedback.  My roommate got me into this and he has been playing for a while.  In fact, he has help me develop as a coach a lot quicker than if I was on my own.  It is more of a competitive thing, but was hoping to move up to D1 along with him.
