I think this has got to be wrong but I figure I'll ask here before I bug face on some poor customer service rep but he finished with a 2.6 GPA last semester, which he had 10 minutes for.  I left the 10 minutes on this semester and I get an email today, he dropped to a 1.7????

WHAT GIVES?

It has gotten more random than before, such that I always increase anyone who is 2.9 or below.

I had a junior who, with 0 minutes of SH,  pulled a 3.6,  3,7, then 1.9.  Customer service that it's possible and that it was risky of me to use 0 SH

there is a bunch of randomness.  That happens at times.  GPA is not like skill ratings where there is a logical continuous effect - this is discontinuous and sometimes surprising.  Like the semester that I did really badly in college when I met this girl and I sorta stopped going to class for a month......but thats another story

I carried straight A's until I took Advanced Calculus.

If a player of mine carried a 2.6, I'd give him more than 10 minutes, I think.  That's highway to the danger zone as Kenny Loggins would say.
