So my brother texted me asking if I got my free season and I had no idea what he was talking about. He told me they gave everyone a credit so I looked and nothing was there. I checked his account and he had some credit that said loyalty 2011. I searched and finally found this...


"As a token of our appreciation for the loyalty you have all shown, we have provided each of you that has paid to play one of our games over the past 12 months a $10 site credit to be used anytime over the next 12 months."


I've played 41 seasons on this account over the years, but because I bought enough to last me a while at some point and combined with some free seasons that I used I don't get the credit? Did anyone else purchase enough seasons at one time that they didn't get this credit?

I wondered why I didn't get that credit as well so I sent a ticket.  They said I didn't get since I hadn't paid to play in the last year, but gave me the $10 credit since I had been a loyal customer.  Send a ticket.

I am very impressed with WIS by this - I don't think it is something they would have done in the past. Good job making the right call WIS.

I know of a couple of other owners who got the credit after submitting the ticket because they had been living off of multipacks.  You should get one too.
