It may not be collusion, but it's certainly distasteful.  Now that girt has basically admitted that even if he didn't send the sitemail it was done on his behalf I'd definitely say I would have expected better from a top-tier veteran coach and that I have definitely lost a measure of respect for him as a coach in this game as a result of it.  I certainly would have thought him to be above something like this.

Clearly girt = daalter = dbalog. Fact.

Can we get back to jpmills posting in the SEC coaches corner? I'm not in the world, but based on what I've read in this thread, that is the most offensive/collusive act that I've read here.

The entire ACC in Allen - girt included - was warned against collusion following this year's recruiting season.

Ill say this about him...whenever there is an issue regarding WIS he begins sitemailing everyone to rally support for his position...Ive always thought it was laughable that someone would take that approach...as opposed to just putting your thoughts in a forum and letting people decide on their own.

I feel so left out - none of these guys tried to collude with me.

Jslotman is that true?  Was that posted on the acc board?

Just for people saying that sitemails can't be used as proof:

That's true in the context of people just copying and pasting the text versions of them.  Of course that data could be edited.

What you guys should be doing when trying to use a sitemail as some form of "evidence" or whatever in this debatable witch hunt is taking a screenshot of the sitemail opened on your browser.  It is read-only at that point and, without the use of photoshop (which can typically be determined), should prove who the sender was, the time it was sent, the message, recipient, etc.

Man, this makes all the stuff at Penn St. seem trivial by comparison.
