Nonqualifiers and EE Topic

I guess it would not be a true EE - a nonqualifier CAN leave after his senior year and before his SR5 season.  Anyone have a view about whether team success, individual success (scoring/honors), personality or pure ratings drive that decision?  I've got a kid at oklahoma who would be really terrific if he came back....

This is when I really need the "remind kid he promised his mom he would graduate" dropdown menu for a guy like Howard King.....1st team B12 as a junior, now a senior, we want him back for SR5.  "Stay Howard Stay"

I've wondered about this and whether you get the same type of "I'm leaving" email.  I have recruited a lot of highly rated non-qualifiers, but they all have stayed for the 5th year.
