If you are looking to join a competitive conference with long term coaches, please join the University Conference in Tarkanian. We were #2 in Conference RPI and are trying to become the #1 conference. But we need you to join us. The available teams are all in good recruiting areas. They are Millsaps (which has had a human coach for a while and is a solid team now), Sewanee, Louisiana, Ozarks, and Stillman. We have an active coaches corner, and an ongoing rivalry with the Upstate Conference.It's a great conference to be a part of, and the season will be starting in just a few days.

Again with the #2 conference?  You made this claim after you were the #2 conference 4 or 5 seasons ago, USA South has been #2 every season in between, and this is the first time since then you've been back in the top 5 IIRC.  Incidentally, we need a couple of coaches in the USA South.  Count on us being back to #2 this season.

Not sure what the gripe is about Dahs - we were #2 in Conference RPI last year, and we have assembled a very good group of coaches. USA South is also a very good conference as is the Upstate and Southern Cal and of course ODAC. I am just stating a fact, that we were the number 2 in conference RPI, and we will be getting better each year with the new coaches that are joining us. Hopefully someone will read this and want to join us and help us get to the top. It is a great group of friendly coaches and we'd love to have more join us. There are still 4 teams left now.

I would join but I don't want to leave Nebraska Wesleyan, maybe in a few years if the two human coaches in my conference leave

East Mennonite is open in the most fun conference in HD, the ODAC. We have an extremely good conference, dominating Tark the past 15 seasons. Last year we had 3 of the 4 #1 seeds, we have a heated rivalry with those puppy-hating rejects of the USA South. Also an old wrinkle is being brought back: the top classes between the USA south and ODAC will be ranked and the top recruits will vet their own recruit profile. Not to mention, the ODAC has ~5k in bonus cash to recruit with, so if you take over emu you'll have 11k to recruit two guys with.

LOL - University Conference just added Foxbat to its list of Stellar Coaches. We have 3 spots remaining. Our goal is to become the #1 conference within a couple of years so come join us and help us make it to #1. Our teams are spread out geographically so you won't be fighting with other conference coaches for recruits.

Whereas in the ODAC and USA South you will have to fight so many human coaches recruiting close to home will feel like a trip to the dentist with a whole mouth full of cavities...  But in a good way...

LOL - good one Dahs. We just added BleedinBlue5, another very good coach with around 4,000 games under his belt. Only two spots left. Please help us fill it up. This conference is very, very strong now. Teams that are left are Sewanee and Stillman.  Stillman has 6 Juniors so they have a fairly veteran team. I have always thought Sewanee would be an interesting place to coach from as there are not any other D3 teams very close to them as far as I know.  Last year we sent four teams to the NT and two to the PI and earned $3333 in bonus recruiting money for all teams in the conference.

One spot left now. Sign up deadline is at 4 PM. All of the coaches we have added have been very good. I think we will be able to give the mighty ODAC a run for their money in a couple of years. By the way, in Phelan, the USA South has two openings as well. It has been the "ODAC" of Phelan, as the USA South in Phelan has been the #1 rated conference for probably about 5 years in a row.
