Loyalty?
3/28/2012 10:43 AM
I dont know.  I switched teams my last season but spent 16 with the one before that.  Im at a loss.
3/28/2012 10:45 AM
Tough to switch teams in back to back seasons.
3/28/2012 10:51 AM
You went down from D2 to D3 last season, rep probably took a huge hit.
3/28/2012 10:51 AM
I had A+/A+ and couldn't move down to a worse school in D1 this year. That was kinda confusing
3/28/2012 11:46 AM
I just figured my previous history would allow me any d1 job not at a big time school.
3/28/2012 11:47 AM
Especially if no one else is applying I have to be better then a sim
3/28/2012 11:47 AM
...you just lost 19 games at a D3 school and you're confused that the MVC doesn't want you?

MVC is also C baseline. Even if you had A+ rep, you still might not qualify for it.

you really think 19 losses at a d3 rebuild ONE SEASON outdoes a 40-15 national tournament and multiple national championships?

Thats why im asking I really dont know I pretty much bailed the last 2 seasons and took the d3 job to allow my good d2 job to possibly get a decent coach to replace me.  The coach that was lined up for my job did not qualify either he was in d3 had a few nt 2 seasons in a row and lost to a guy in d2 who jumped around alot.  SO I think the hiring logic is f'd up.

This is the resume of the guy I had lined up for my d2 team.   By the way the guy he lost out on bailed after one season!

It says "OK Reputation" ... you need almost "Spotless" reputation and an "A" Loyalty to get almost any Div-I job.  An A- is "Great Reputation" ... so OK would be at least in the B range.
