Well, the FAQs says after game 7, and I haven't seen it has the RPI showing up after game 7, I've always seen it as 8, so I guess it would it be 7 or 8 depending on if every team has played 7 games by day 7 or not.

It's after every team has played 7 games. That's almost always after the 8th game slot since inevitably some team will have a bye before then, but once in a blue moon every team plays 7 games in the first 7 slots, so the RPI will be released then.

Yep.  In Naismith, it's Youngstown State and Yale (who played in Week 1 and will play a non-con REMATCH in Week 11) holding things up - RPI will come out tomorrow.
