Exporting Recruits to Excel Topic

Does anyone know how I can export the recruits to Excel and maintain all FSS results in red and blue?

I generally don't use excel anymore to recruit, but I do remember you can just straight copy and paste. Maybe it depends on browser; I use chrome.

In excel 2010 if you click on data tab then you will see an option to import data "From Web". What I do is put recruits that I want to look at in the compare list on HD, then import from the url for the HD compare page. Once i get the raw data into excel then I use the vlookup function to manipulate the data in a useable way. I dont know if this is easier than copy/paste but it works regardless of browser.

*Sorry I just noticed the part about wanting to also keep the information regarding potential. I do not have a way to import the potential values. I just enter them in by hand for the recruits I am focused on.

If you use Google Chome, you can copy and paste into Excel without losing the colors
