had u played motion and pressed, ur team would have been a NT team. with 9 seniors i would have kept the offense they know and then year 2, move to the offense you want to play.
sobo, wren and parker should be ur only 3 pt shooters.
------
in real life if a guy was shooting a low percentage like sobo, you would give him a lower distro. its about balancing ur players, based on performance. sometimes if a good player is in a shooting slump let him be the 6th man and play against poorer defenders.
chilton is a 75 low post,, shooting over 61 percent, shouldnt he be getting the ball more ?
in basketball u want ur point guard to have an assist to turnover ratio of 1.5 or better, just like in real life if you are not acheiving that you need to conisder slowing ur tempo down. ur point guards have more turnovers than assist, they cant handle the change to fast break (an offense they dont know) and an uptempo offense, with the fatigue factor.
u need to be checking ur practice plan every other day and see where you need ur players to fit in next year so they compliment eachother.
ur getting killed on the boards, commander is an inside enforcer that you should be using more (defense-rebound-athlete) boost he gives ur team.
wren is a 75-75 ball handle, pass, there is no reason adjustments cant be made(offense-tempo-distro) so he is 2 to 1 for assist-turnover.
i would really be putting ur whole team on fairly fresh for rotating for fatigue,(then if you have 1 or 2 standouts give them getting tired) even stephen preswood is a serviceable player as a senior who can rebound and block shots, why play tired players when you have alot of serviceable players on ur roster.
ur giving up .478 defense fg percentage and ur top 2 defenders rarley see the floor (commander . pickel)
i would never start trussel over commander. starters have to compliment eachother, defensive specialist can start if ur lacking on defense, move a scorer to the bench. too many players on the court at the same time doing hte same thing dilute their abilities and you need players on the court at the same time that compliment eachother.
