Considering I've heard you called "Cornipari", I'm pretty sure everyone knew where you stood on this issue.... he he he

I'm only evil in one world.  But yeah, pretty much.  I think they're fine as-is, though I'd like to see a requirement of 1-2 seasons left in order to use them.

1 season is required AFAIK. You can click on it and it will look like it goes if you have 0 seasons, but ti never shows in history coz it never really went...or so I've heard

Oh, and success should overrule reputation a bit.  In the last four seasons, I'm 87-35 at a BCS school with six wins in the NCAA tourney - and yet I'm not qualified for Alabama A&M?

I might be the lone dissenter.  If you don't like em, don't use em.  I don't want less options.  However, I do think they need to be tweaked.  The chance of getting caught is way too high, so no one would ever use them on a regular basis.  I think it's fun to have a "wildcard" option in the recruiting bag of tools.
I second toysboys' dissent, but on grounds similar to rednation's.  I don't want the game to become narrow, one-dimensional & limited.  Cornfused's idea of requiring multiple seasons to be held in the account is definitely a direct way of assuring that coaches don't wreck a team & conference on the way out.   If limited to D1 only, then it presents a sunk cost issue for any coach that would attempt to use it.  So why not leave it in the game with some tweaks?

My question is if the hidden "greed" rating is removed and booster gifts are removed, then is there any further reason to have psych visits and calls?  [Both rhetorically and as a legitmate question: would there be any reason to have those functions available?]

if you got caught using boosters, you were doing it wrong.

If you used boosters anywhere below D1, you're dumas.

Removing boosters is a mistake and it's removing one of the few remaining complexities of the game that intrigues old-timers like myself.

What next? remove the ability to attempt to reapply redshirts?!?
