ya how did you know. But its because im starting my friend off in this game and if he does good it will increase his chance of playing longer.

I think it's 1 AM eastern, but rollover isn't always on time

Looking at the Commissioner messages in the Coaches Corner, I would assume around 3 AM eastern because that's when the message usually comes out.

The public jobs rollover is around 2 AM central for me, but I only play the two a day worlds, and I think the earlier worlds get simmed around the top of the hour. So I would say anywhere from 1 to 2 AM central.
