I've enjoyed some success at D3 Hamline (TARK), but with my conference mates all moving on, I'm left all alone in the MIAC. I typed up a nice long explanation of everything, but the forum ate it, so here is an abbreviated version. I'm looking for any and all sort of feedback.
Options after this season:
1) Stay at Hamline.
2) Move laterally (or backwards) to an opening in a human-filled D3 conference (ODAC, University, USA South).
3) Move to D2 (ideally GLVC).
Any feedback on the best course of action?
I'll answer any questions as they arise, but I am not typing everything out again in this first post.
Abbreviated version - I have a nice OOC tournament at D3 that I enjoy taking part in, but a conference schedule filled with sims is less enjoyable than a very competitive one filled with top-flight human coaches. While I enjoy my role and history at Hamline, I'm not sure it is enough to justify staying with so many sims. I have a very strong resume, but like having players (and facing players) with significant flaws, so I am not going to jump to D1.
