I've noticed Iba is a great world all around. D2 is considered the best of any world, and D1 has had some great midmajor runs (see bscoresby at Wyoming; multpile coaches at St. Bonaventure )

Very, very impressive. He is doing a nice job with a small DI school in Iba, too. How the heck is he able to FSS Texas plus all those other states on a D3 budget? Five titles in six seasons is insane. I don't care if you have the best team every season ... to win it all is still bucking the odds.

Definitely one of the most impressive runs I've seen in HD, and girt's exactly right about bucking the odds.  I think for a lot of that time he was running basically 6/6/0/0 for his classes, so there's no chance he had the best team on some of those title seasons.  He definitely beat my Westy team in the finals in one of his "off" seasons when we had the better team.

That's what's really impressive to me.  It's understandable when he wins with mostly upperclassmen (like this season), but when you win the title on a 0/6/6/0 season, well that's just ridiculous.

Maybe he isn't using FSS and is just getting lucky with the players he selects???

In all seriousness, when bunkerbuster wins the NT, he alone is bring back enough NT money to pay for scouting Texas.  So once the machine is rolling ....

carlbuzz has a current streak going in Allen D3 (and he's had similar streaks in other worlds) of four straight Final Fours with 3 NT championship games, and 1 NT.

Obviously not as impressive as bunkerbuster.  But I bring it up because carlbuzz finally won the NT last season with a team of 1 senior, 2 juniors, 3 sophomores, and 6 freshman.  That was one of the more impressive accomplishments I've seen.
