Does anyone else get almost... angry when they read what whitey is posting?

I can personally guarantee that he knows next to nothing about this game, and yet he talks like he is the only person who understands it.

Whitey, specifically to you: Your sample size is so extraordinarily small, it does not amount to anything. I don't give a damn if you have 10 games, it's still too small. Every day, Hoops sims more than 1000 games (that's a lowball estimate). There are going to be upsets. And because they happen so close together, they can seem more common than real life. But they aren't.

Absolutely nothing you've said has been backed up with any real facts.

I don't believe whitey knows how to use the forums - since this thread has received so many negative ratings, he can't figure out how to view it by configuring his forum options.  He has convinced himself that WIS has deleted his thread because he "challenged" them.

Pretty funny, actually, since he surely won't ask for help.

You don't know more than most about real life basketball either lol. Anyone who thinks 50% FG shooting is a low FG% doesn't know more about real life basketball than anyone. And please list all the fully realistic simulations you've played.... Smh. You're too much lol!

Exactly.

What makes you think you know more?

You guys love to pick and choose what you read. You guys got to be middle schoolers. I didn't ever say 50% was bad. What I said is when you are playing a bunch of dummy-o's you could shoot 60%. Read all the info and not parts you want to run with.

Tell me how many run a fcp in the NCAA? A few to.start would be Clemson, mizzou, Arkansas, Louisville, and vcu has done it.

*bows* to Whitey's knowledge of all that is basketball... I for one welcome our new all-knowing basketball overlord Whitey

Speaking of middle schoolers, I thought those were the only people who used the term 'retards' as an insult. If you aren't going to believe that other viewpoints have merit and insult experienced individuals, don't expect people to listen to your ramblings.

again read all the post.  i took accountability when someone posted something that made sense.  FYI there are many D3 schools that offer full ride athletic scholarships. A good friend in high school played 4 years at Hope in Michigan and then played 5 years in Europe.

What I want to know is how does name calling benefit your argument?

Why don't you make that a general statement to every one and not just me?

since you want this game to be real life and all...

how many teams in real life are run by a "coach" sitting at a computer?  how many teams in real life have their coach dictate if they should play +2 or -3?  how many real life teams assign a number to a player before the game that represents how many times he should touch the ball within the course of a game?  how many teams at d3 offer athletic scholarships?  how many teams take 140 home visits or use 26 scouting trips to help land a recruit that they like?

guess what efftard, this game isn't reality.  it provides enough reality and enough practicality to make it fun, functional, and entertaining.  you have no idea what you're doing, and your mommy and daddy coddled you and raised you to think you were perfect and never made mistakes, and as such you can't take any level of accountability for your suckage.  it is quite obviously the games fault.

Also whitey, you can't control this game. You can't play 3 seasons and say you know better than the veterans and say they are "thinking dishonestly." People were trying to help you but all you did was say that this game isn't like real life. If you want real life go volunteer at your local high school and quit this game. Stop raging and ranting about realism O High and Mighty Veteran of 3 seasons. I'm new but I don't say I know more than every other coach, nor do I base rants off on 1 flippin game. You say that your team should have blown out a team with 2 freshman. What about the other 10 players? Just take advice and don't be a total dick. Pretty easy, right?
