Are recruits that do not need to be pulled down able to reject home visits from teams that they are not currently considering?

I dont think it happens often, but I suppose it could happen more often if one tended to send home visits to guys who are out of your league

it can also happen for guys in your league. there is something broken a little somewhere. Its still out there. The suggestion from CS is to send phone calls first to see if the player will be receptive to your actions (even if the player starts off on your division list - a D II listed recruit for your D II team for example...)

At D3 with C- prestige, I called a 405-rated recruit that said he wanted more info on the program..  Next, I sent a HV but it was rejected.  The recruit was only 150 miles away.  Confused the crap out of me.
