I think in this scenario different guys would react differently. A decent number would likely just get disillusioned with coaches and basketball in general. "Coach promised me playing time, I worked really hard and he still didn't give it to me. What's the point of putting in effort? I'm never trusting a coach again." Others would be excited to be in a new situation and ready to work as hard or harder than they did before. It's always best (IMO) to have all guys react in a similar way within a season. That goes back to our prior WE discussion with bistiza - nearly everyone agreed that it was reasonable to assume that MOST players would lose WE if they weren't playing, and it's best for what happens to players to be predictable for the health of the game. That said, if AFTER transferring out some recruits regained WE it could be processed before recruiting began, so the playing field would still be level. It would also help keep at least some of those transfer players from being rendered worthless.
