Only about 14 sign ups thus far, hopefully we can fill by end of finals in Season 1 which is about 10 days or so away

I'm assuming "closer to 1" means highest in the draft order, but why would anyone draft closer to the bottom? 

Closer to the bottom means your first 2 picks are closer together.

It's a good league. I can only assume that the rules will be posted.

Basically: 50 cap, clones within the draft are fine, the final (5?) picks aren't part of the draft but you can't take a player taken in the draft.

You can draft 5 Allen Iversons on your team but can't use AI to fill one of your final 5 spots.
