I went to Bobby Wanzer's camp for kids here in Rochester when I was 8 years old.  Great guy!  Wish I coulda gotten him in the 4th.

Guys come on.  What the hell.  I don't get a freaking stimuli until I have been skipped by NINE people?  That's not cool.

The guy I wanted was taken 11 picks after mine.  You guys probably never see me complain about anything.  And I am super good about sending site mails.  Just kind of a sh** move.  I know we are on the clock now but the reminder is usually pretty crucial on a busy day.

I am sorry. I used to have time to SM all the time in past drafts. I am more busy, now.

It can be debatable this guy is better pick than Wanzer.

sorry robusk ...

when my slot comes up, I always SM for those that follow (on the clock or otherwise), but only sometimes sort out who has been skipped

Pretty weak excuse robusk.  Sitemails are a courtesy "on the clock".  Off the clock, they are a necessity, but I have had the schedule up on page one since last Saturday, plus I have sitemailed it to everyone.  Everyone HAS TO HAVE SOME IDEA when they are picking every day.  No one should be completely dependent on sitemail warnings at this point.  PLUS, I SM'd you at 7:25 to let you know you were skipped, and Boozer wasn't picked until 8:29.

Hopefully, this will be a lesson to not just you, but everyone!

seems a bit harsh for a trusted owner like robusk. i've always been a little mystified about sitemails. if smails are a "courtesy" why do we make it sound like it's mandatory... "please sitemail the next two" ... "don't forget to sitemail the next two after you" etc. as you know, living in china is tough on me since we are 12 hours ahead of the states. many drafts i am in, including this one, often have me slotted in difficult hours... sleeping hours... 2:30 am... 4:00 am etc. i count on smails a lot.

but your point is well taken though. ample time was given to robusk. however, when i ran some leagues, i kept the same rules you do but with one different wrinkle. when an owner was skipped, i would let the next 4 guys draft. if the missing owner still had not shown up, i would delay the draft for two hours to give the missing owner an extra chance to not fall too far behind.

anyway, it's not easy running a league. you're doing great. and i've never seen anyone advertise as much as you did in trying to recruit owners. kudos
