He said he had a minor medical procedure the first time so this absence could be related. A head's up, if possible, would have been nice. In any case, I would have to agree.
 
As per Omegax, let's see what happens.

I'm the two team owner and you could switch my teams because in 1976, it was the KC Kings not Sacramento. so you could have the Kings in the Central and Blazers in the Pacific
