I second that hmmmmm...looks way lopside.
The first round picks: OKC is likely to be very low and SA is likely to be very high.  Samardo Samuels and Omri Casspi feature prominently in my future and I am still really short of minutes, so it is a smart play on his end.  I get to avoid the shame of playing scrubs so that is my motivation.

I don't believe most leagues works this way. Ours does though. Basically the thought is you can have a twelve man roster and if you are under the minimum of 19K minutes you can swap your low minute players out for the scrubs but you still retain the rights to your current season players. It's an effort to keep low minute teams competitive i.e. not forfeiting games and helps allow the team to build towards the future faster by retaining useful players.
