Second- previously after the lotto was ran and top 3 slots determined, owners were slotted in reverse order of record. I revised slightly to slot the league runner up and league champ at the end of that list, with any new owners being slotted after everyone else.

Anyone has an issue with either of those and they can refer to Rule 11...
So you're saying that I can not only start an undrafted player, he can lead my team in minutes?

I like it. I might be the only person who does, but I totally dig it.

That rule only existed because of one person, who annoyed people with a certain strategy.

It existed well before him if we're thinking about the same person.

It can be abused without tanking, but it's a bit risky to attempt.

Ok fair, my bad, I guess the issue was he broke that existing rule, thus justifying its existence I suppose. Otherwise no way to enforce. But he isn't in this league so not a big deal.

Yes, that's correct. Start an undrafted player if you so desire. Play him a ton of minutes if he's worth it. I just don't think those rules are necessary. Plus, rule changes every so often help keep things fresh. I'll update the board in the morning. Thanks guys.
