New rule/rules being put into place during this draft.

1. You get replaced in the first round after 22 hours
2. No matter what the clock says, you get skipped after 16 hours rounds 2-7.
We would need evidence of sitemails being sent, then. Otherwise it might be "strategic" to not sitemail.

That would be a really garbage thing to do, but I really don't think it's unreasonable to ask people to check the site 2 times (every 12 hours) a day, SM or not.

The much larger point is if you signed up for a draft league, checking the site twice a day is a fair request.
