It took 4 months, but we are finally ready to draft....let this thread die out and use the new one for drafting

To determine the draft order I am going to use the lottery. I will assign each one of you a state that has a 3 number lottery being picked sometime tomorrow. The owner with the highest combined score of the 3 numbers wins. Next highest total is second and so forth. If there is a tie, the tiebreaker will be whoever has the highest first number. If that's the same then the second number.

Ahh... I live in Ann Arbor as of like 6 months ago.

Ok....I was unaware that Maine/New Hampshire/Vermont share the same midday lottery numbers, as do Illinois/Iowa. So for the tiebreaker I will assign those teams a new state that draws midday tomorrow.
