Draft is held to pick one of these players; each player can only be selected four times, after that player has been picked four times, he's out of the pool and cannot be used by any owners save for the 4 that selected him. When the draft is completed, teams will be placed in divisions with one of each player in each division.

42m cap should discourage a lot of Rodman and Moses additions, etc. Player pool is also up for revision, just post comments.

Instead of a draft make it set by divisions.  One is Jordan, another Wilt, another Kareem, and yet another Moses.

Make the cap 47 mil...just my two cents.

Divisions are done based on seeding with some randomization.

Scrub League - Only players who have never been an all-star are allowed on your roster, 47 mil.

Name Chain League - Draft any player. Your next players first name must have the same letter as your last players last name. Repeat until you have 12 players. 52 mil.  For example, I start with Jrue Holiday, then draft Hubert Davis, then Donyell Marshall.

Retirement Chain League - Draft any player. Whatever season you use of that player, the next player on your team must have retired(final season in wis database) that season. Twist that player to any season you want to use of his. Then your next player must have retired that season. Repeat until you have 12 players. 52 mil. Your first player may be an active player.

Rip Van Winkle League - No players over 5 Mil; Overcome the struggles of being tired all year with a 37 Mil cap to use. The twist is all your players must have played in at least 50 man games during their real season. This will eliminate the partial years of the big stars and introduce us to some new and unheard of players in the sim.

Each player on your team must have a usage rating of 23 or higher and a defense rating of 40 or lower.  Cap would have to be $37 due to lower salaries of guys with these qualities.

There is a thread in the BOWIS forum for everyone to begin purchasing their $10.00 GCs.

If you did not play in the tournament last year, we are working with Admin to get the new owners added to that forum,

I will go through the League Ideas tonight and we can begin voting on those tomorrow.

We were delayed starting last year because there were lost GCs due to mislabeling.
