i may be a little late with my pick later tonight (7pm time slot) but do not skip me, it will be made.

Well, you'll have until your time slot expires to make your pick before the next owner can skip you.  However, if you know it's likely that you'll be late, please send a proxy to 2 or 3 owners, including the person picking after you.  That way, there's a chance the draft can continue ahead of schedule.

Yep, that's who I thought!  I was pretty surprised no one snagged him at the end of the PF round.
