Down goes IW, down goes IW.  Rockhurst pulls the (semi)upset over conference foe IW.  The Heartland conference has been much, much tougher this season now that we are full.  There isn't a single game that is an automatic win at this point, and I love it.
moved me up to #2. But I'd do that already if I had the I-Word on my sched. ;)

If the projection report holds up, we'll both have to get to the final four to see if you can back it up. ;)

I picked you 2 to play in the final, so I'm counting on you getting that chance.

davefilby obviously has some pull with the poll voters.

Anyone noticed my creative retitles of this thread? I think they've been pretty good thus far...

If by "pull", you mean crisp Abe Lincolns, then yes I do.

The CVAC is an obstacle course from h e l l !  Limestone (me)  has lost 5 conference games - Two games lost in overtime, two games lost by 2 points, and one game by 1 point.  Meanwhile, in his 'rebuilding year' bbunch (Longwood) finds himself atop the CVAC West once again.  The last place team in the West has an RPI of 88.

even chuck norris fears longwood.

i think we can safely say that longwood does not rebuild, they reload.

damn bow and brian - we were trying to stay "under the radar" this season.

Chico is tough this year. Beat me 98-59 last night in the most lopsided loss of my coaching career.

My team is surprising me this season.  I didn't think we'd be able to beat Rockhurst twice and OPSU twice, but somehow we have.  Our only confernece loss so far is to Incarnate Word.  Not sure if we can keep this up, but we are playing good ball for the time being.

You got my attention when you beat Rockhurst by 25. One Conference loss in the #2 rpi conference is impressive, and you're one of the few B rated home court teams. St Mary's is no joke.

im pleasantly surprised with where NJ Tech is at right now.  after starting 4-7 against a brutal non-con with only 4 upper classmen we've bounced back to a 13 RPI and #17 in the projection report.  We shouldn't lose again in the regular season, but the games we have left should drop our RPI/Projection a few notches.  Unless we get a chance to beat a couple good teams in the CT we're probably looking at a 6 Seed if I were to guess.  Don't think anyone's going to be looking forward to playing us with the inside-out scoring combo of Misner and Birkland both scoring nearly 20 a game and playing strong defense
