I'm thinking that once the other tribes saw that the next challenge was a poker challenge, they knew how good I was and bribed some of my tribe mates to turn on me.  No fair, our tribes are all supposed to be at separate locations on the island!  Sigh...

You were going all in every hand last time with 6-3 and 9-4 and hoping to get lucky.  In which you did.

I haveno issue with pushing the vote back an hour to accommodate the west coasters.... It doesn't change much as far as game play...

I have had some votes late by a few in the past butt never had it really mattered so in this case I just had to stick by the rules as they were passed to me.

And as far as calling the official vote in the mornings, I will attempt to do so the night before if a) I'm not drunk and b) it isn't completely obvious who is voting because the players already added it up and knew who was voting :)

So good luck w that...

That, could be the dumbest post I've ever read on this site...though it did make me laugh a little, so thanks for that .  In the fair interests of the game, I will of course decline to respond to the individual points of failure until after the game is over

This should be interesting.

Now that the rebels are uprising.. .on another "La Resistance" matter... I have changed the rules to allow voting until 7PM Eastern, 6PM Central.  Hopefully the extra hour extinguishes any disadvantage to anyone working late.... and I can not see any reason it hurts anyone else other than trying to vote someone out who can't make it.

Because idol play is 3 hours after, I have chosen only an hour later so that I (and anyone else waiting on the edge of their seats) don't have to stay awake until the next day to determine the results....

Speaking of idols.... and now that steve's guesses (and steve) are gone.. .I will inform everyone that the idols have not yet been hidden.  I have decided against idol clues the first three rounds of the game this time (since I feel they were found too early and were just lucky wins by early win tribes to obtain them).. and you will clearly know when the idols are hidden, and WHO will have dibs of getting the clues to the idols.

I will say this now... there is a very good chance that at least one of the idols will require flash to find.....   So those on an iphone playing, sorry... but you will be aware of this idol when that time comes and hopefully enough time to make arrangements to begin that search.

And that's all I have on that for now...
