You'll probably know what is up at 1500.

It may be the following cycle. I'm fairly certain Riggan didnt commit to me until the 7pm cycle in KP last year. I remember I was checking everyone's budget to see if I could safely drop my offer to him early that evening.

I did offer bret players I thought were better, but they were older guys.  My offers were pretty solid in my estimation, but he wanted younger guys and I accepted.

That being said, the guy I got is nothing special and while I didn't give up much, the two guys I sent are worlds apart from what I got back.

Yeah it wasnt a hugely impactful deal one way or the other.

heh. Lakin said he hasnt paid because he was busy this summer. I didnt ask him about his busy-ness the past 2 years.

This has been a tumultuous offseason so far.

The only deal breaker in the offers was mercedes....I had no problem with anyone else offered up.  I was going for youth, just not someone as old as he was since I knew he wouldn't be around in a couple years so then what would I have to show for it. At least here, I've going some development opportunities and a chance to see if they pan out in the long run.  I'm really trying to run my team the way the Nuttings run the Pirates

And you aren't even doing as well.
