He didn't get any run in the games I saw.

It's not that - i would have gladly stayed with my team as is. I liked it a lot - but when someone is willing to give up something special like Morrie, Davies, Leonard, etc... I will trade for it - as I've proven in the past. It wasn't really a salary play more than I want Leonard and Miguel Duran as my team anchors for years to come.

I will, however, be looking for a leadoff guy now.

I like Castilla.  The other two don't do anything for me.
Castilla should be solid, Park will probably wind up being a solid 4ish SP, and I like Wall as a long releiver, for about 100 IP a season.  If I were Nellie Id take Moy's deal too.

busk - If it was simply a salary dump I would have traded off Offerman, Stevenson, or Christianson.

I couldn't get Kelly Payne, Gus Davenport, or Steve Thomas (or Wiki in FA) and wanted a power hitting 1B - So I gave up less talent than all of them were asking for their 30 yr old 1Bs (Gus is 26) to get 21 yr old Robin Leonard. One of these guys wanted M. Duran, J. Chavez, and Luis V (or maybe Hawkins) for their 1B and some prospects.

Paul Rodriguez may not have a ton of offense, but I got him pretty cheap and covers entertainment at team functions.  AKA Pablo up in this ************.
