"Where Accountability and Responsibility Are One" is an awkward and essentially meaningless slogan.  It's essentially an uninteresting opinion on the status of two very borderline synonyms.
It would certainly screw up a RACI diagram.

Oswalt's current strikeout ratio of 8.37 per nine innings is the highest he's posted for any season since 2001, and his strikeout-to-walk ratio of 3.53 is his highest since 2006. Opponents have posted an OPS against him of .652, his lowest since 2001.
Gotta love going into a 7 game series just needing the Halladay/Oswalt/Hamels combo to win 4 of their 6 starts.
