Rape in favor of team 2.  That catcher is pretty mediocre.

the team giving up the catcher is the winner in that deal

A bret moment for moy should be when he has an epiphany - like when he realized that high DUR allows pitchers to pitch more often. That was a bret moment for him.
I feel offended by that...hell even I knew what DUR meant for a pitcher....my problem is my team lacks players that have decent Velocity, P1-P5, GB/FB, & vR/vL.  other than that, my staff rocks.
Why do you need good VEL?
8/3/2010 9:44 AM
I can't be bothered to evaluate trades when the players entire ratings history are copied into a post, instead of the current and projected ratings.  In light of that, just assume robusk is on the right track, but probably exaggerating

so his poor (or in moy's opinion, excellent) fielders have fewer chances to mess up

because it goes great with the garlic mashed potatoes I made.

Depends on other circumstances, but the team getting the C might be the winner.  The C can play 162 games, and will put up ok numbers just due to contact and eye combo.  And the 3B given up is overpaid for an extra year past the C's contract.

Howard looking more like he's heading to the DL.

Why is TM always right?
Yeah, they were both jumping to optimistic conclusions before the swelling could have even gone down.  If an MRI doesn't show any major damage, then maybe he won't have to be DL'd, but that's pretty unlikely as violently as he rolled it.  But hey, at least it's not a Carlos Santana situation.
