Bradshaw hit a PH walk-off grand slam for the Dundies couple games ago. Through 11 games I've gotten more offensive production out of him than I was expecting for the entire season.

yeah, Bradshaw was consistently reliable for me, both offensively and defensively, until he had a massive injury with only a few games remaining in the season.  Definitely an all time favorite Bowie

are you going to be staying with villagers?  After watching various Andrew Zimmerman shows on the travel channel,I am pretty sure your diet is going to be a lot of chicken, insect, and fruit

most nights I will be in a hotel with running water....   from what I hear our meals are gonna be mostly local foods but where they dont eat chicken very often we will have that option.  we will be in kampala most of the time and there are modern restraunts that we will be eating at most nights I am told.

I drink at minimum a gallon of water a day.  I hardly ever drink anything else.... once in a while I have a propel or a vidration or maybe crystal light.  But 95% of what I drink (excpet when  iam out which isnt very offten anymore) is water.

You also take weight loss pills, like a little *****.

Just get some iodine tablets and add the minimum Gatorade or Chrystal Light possible while not being able to taste the iodine.

Those UV sticks are supposed to work really awesome, but I haven't tried one yet.
