are you going to be staying with villagers?  After watching various Andrew Zimmerman shows on the travel channel,I am pretty sure your diet is going to be a lot of chicken, insect, and fruit

most nights I will be in a hotel with running water....   from what I hear our meals are gonna be mostly local foods but where they dont eat chicken very often we will have that option.  we will be in kampala most of the time and there are modern restraunts that we will be eating at most nights I am told.

i'd get an antibiotic prescription filled ahead of time just in case

It's pretty evenly split, so I'll leave it as an all-in-one-night thing for now because it seems like less work for everyone involved.

yeah, a little less interesting but a lot more practical

so far my $ team is subpar, but having one of my better SPs go down in ST wasnt helpful

it is, and if you bring a player up after 20, or 21 minor league game cycles, in their first season, they will have 4 pre arb seasons where they are making under 400k a season

Don't eat like an *******.  Eat some raw vegetables and fruit and meat that isn't fed **** it isn't supposed to eat.  Lay off the added sugar and the gluten.  Make simple food yourself...  not some crap that a ******* Sandwich Artist made you.

Find exercise that is fun for you to do.  If you can't, you are an *******.

Seriously, this **** isn't rocket science.  Letting pills and some gay *** Tae Bo video try and do the work for you is just lazy, uncreative and not conducive to maintaining any sort of progress.
