its not, any stint in the minors less than 20 games, is counted as ML experience. When the player stays there for 20 games or more, the time they spent in the minors, counts as minor league time

Really? Â I thought the arb clock was triggered by ML games played.
It is...which is why Dherz is close to right, but not quite. It's 20 ML days that is the standard...I'm fairly sure. And, I think the ML day clock and minor league day clock don't start at the same time. I actually don't think the second even exists.  Although I haven't looked at it in awhile so I could be misremembering.
