I do my friend,  I volunteer at a soup kitchen twice a month, volunteer coach for harlem RBI, and take one to two homeless people to lunch every month.  I do my part for the community I live.
Yeah, first I've heard of that too.

Seriously, this **** isn't rocket science.  Letting pills and some gay *** Tae Bo video try and do the work for you is just lazy, uncreative and not conducive to maintaining any sort of progress.
P90x is far from tae bow **** and even farther from lazy.   I agree its not the best but when staying hotels 4 nights  a week it fits perfect into my scheudle.
I travel probably almost as you...  it isn't that difficult.

Props to you for doing something period...  I would just rather not get my exercise instruction from Jane Fonda or blow up my heart with Trimspa.
