So I have never been opposed to the buying/selling of prospects or covert actions to get picks signed...  but that was just outright and blatant collusion.  A rare veto.

Yeah - the trade is presumably one half of a collusive deal where Herz will now sign that Type B that coyote mentioned in chat.
Ah, that makes sense.   Assuming that's it, I'll be vetoing.  Those kinds of deals should still have to be couched in a trade that makes it seem like something is being exchanged for the cash.
