Come to think of it, swamp's attempt to have a dialogue with me here aren't really different from anyone else's attempts to have a meaningful dialogue with him anywhere else. In both cases, one side just repeats the same basic thing over and over with no regard for what the other side has to say.

He has never tried to have a conversation with me ever...he might say he does and when I try to talk to him he runs away and hides.

And this idea is bigger than Anton. Anyone who has strong Conservative values is not branded crazy.

Rush, Hannity, Oreilly, Coulter, Palin...whoever.

That is the way to defeat ideas you cannot understand or argue with. Claim that they are crazy for suggesting them.

Have you ever watched a news story and you thought one thing, and then all the coverage is another thing and you thought you didnt understand the issue at first and that is why you disagree with everyone else. Watch FOX news and see if they dont agree with you.

See they have an internet bumper sticker.

It tells you to not listen to that nasty FOX News. They cover issue from an unbiased basis. According to nick we should only listen to news that has been approved by the Obama Administration.

You remind me of the Obama White House. Anytime they are getting publicly embarressed in a debate they insult a Conservative.

Again this continues to be a lie.

I want to repeat one of the main points...Anton has no idea what a Conservative or a liberal are.

He once said there are only 1 or 2 Liberals in the Congress. That is his definition of the word Liberal. He has proven that his opinions are so out of touch with what most Americans think that to have a conversation with him is almost like talking to a Manhattan Cab Driver. We are speaking english but he has a completly foreign outlook on the world.

How can he say that Conservatives are welcome if he doesnt know what one is?

And another interesting thing about the feud between myself and Anton is he keeps saying he doesnt want to talk to me, but he keeps following me around and attacking me.

You will notice he pops up on other sites, to comment on an issue that I raised, and someone else responded to. He doesnt actually respond to the other person, he responds to what I posted.

He wants to keep the war going but he doesnt really want to fight the battles!

So why do I keep doing this?

Well it is to spread truth. Anton has said some horrible things about me, and they are mostly lies. I stand up to defend my honor. You may ask why would I care what someone with as little integrity as Anton says. There is an old saying that if someone repeats a lie 3 times it becomes the truth.

I have spent my whole life engaged in honest public debate with other people. I refuse to let a little internet weasel like Anton make even 1 person believe his lies!

And again we come back to the issue of how few conservatives there are on this sight, and how they are treated.

There are some moderates and some Libertarians, but there are very few Conservatives. I am at best a moderate Conservative, and at worst a Rino.

In this room I stand out like a sore thumb. People like Doug are to the right of me, but anyone to the right of Lieberman is a Fascist in here.

And we are treated like that. Making our views known is akin to saying something stupid. Ideas like Tax Cuts help the economy, Iraq made us safer and unchecked illegal immigration hurts America, all mainstream conservative ideas, are treated like the rantings of a lunatic.

Conservatives may be welcome, we just cant talk!
