what happens when a player joins your team 1n 64 or 94 from a different 63 or 93 team,,is the player now on your team.

Anyone on your team in 63/93 can be a keeper the next year (64/94). The next season even if someone joins your team his rights still belong to the team he was on in 63/93. There will be a brief free agent draft each season for players from non-selected 93 franchises (it was pointed out that there were 20 franchises in 63, so unattached players would come from the 8 franchises not selected from 1993). Players available for the brief draft would also include anyone dropped by the 20 owners. Owners can keep 25 players each season, but can still draft up to 31 total players (25 mlb and 6 AAA). The first season you can keep 31 of your 63/93 players however.

For those of us who may be on the fence when it comes to joining, it doesn't look good if you say you are going to do something and then don't follow through with it. My first thought is... if he doesn't have time to even post the full set of rules is he going to have time to run the league?
