~ Twisted Soup Progressive ~
This will be a Season Soup Progressive with Twisting. If you've always wanted the freedom to start your players with any season then give this a shot. Because of the type of draft schedule it will use, this will be a 24 team league.
To start, everyone will pick a different number from 1-24. I will take the last number. Those numbers will be used to determine the draft order which will be done by a random draw. After the random draw, we will start the draft and for the 1st round everyone will nominate a different season from 1885-2000. When you nominate your season you'll also select a player from it. Or, you could say the player you take will determine the season you are nominating! Only Rookies will be allowed to be selected. So, if you have 1st pick and want Babe Ruth you'd nominate the year 1915 and list Ruth as your pick. The 25th season will be a random draw between 2001-2010. After everyone has made their 1st pick and we have 24 different seasons I will setup the rest of the draft schedule. Each season will be seperate and you'll pick 1 player from each. The draft order will move up 1 spot for each season and the owner who selected 1st for the previous season will drop to last in the next season.
After the draft is over you'll Twist all of your players to any season of their careers, however all of your players must use a different season to keep the "Soup" part of the league intact. They will progress from that season.
At the Transaction Deadline, Keepers and Cuts will be due. Cut players will be replaced with a Rookie from the next season of that Cut players progression. So, if you Cut Babe Ruth after his 1934 season your replacement rookie would come from 1935. Again, you can Twist that rookie to any season but it cannot be one that any of your other players are using. (You must always maintain your Soup of 25 different seasons). Draft order will be a random draw. Since many seasons will be used the order won't be an issue unless 2 or more are drafting from the same season. When your players reach the last season be it 2010, 2011 or so on, you'll start over with 1885 or you can ask for a new randomly drawn season. Cut players cannot be redrafted by the same team that cut them until they have appeared on another team's roster and been cut by that next team.

Unlimited Keepers and Cuts. If we get owners who simply Cut and Twist players to their best seasons continually, a limit of 5 Cuts per season will be Amended into the rules at my discretion.
There is an IR for any non-WIS seasons. There is no limit to the number you can place on IR. You'll draft any player that isn't in the league from the season your player has to be put on IR. Replacement player must be released when original player comes back from IR.

1 Random Alignment each Season.
Everyone will use the same Stadium and we'll start with WIS Stadium. WS Winner gets to pick the Stadium for the next Season.
Administration Money after 5 seasons will go to the Top 4 win totals, divided up equally.
