Not at all.

But if I can get 18 PA's out of pinch hitters because I have multiple pinch hitting opportunities per game, I don't have to worry as much about finding a place for them in the starting lineup.

Errr, if you have a DH, you have another spot in your line-up for a position player.

Have you ever watched a baseball game?

I can get 18 PAs for my bench guys by starting them 5-6 games. Funny thing about lineups... you can change 'em every game if you want.
