I think the difference is that Madden (or even Apple) comes out with a regular update every year.  You know it's coming because it has always come at around the same time.  No need to discuss it with the company, you know they are doing something.  Here at WifS I have been around long enough to see highs and lows with regards to updates.  There have been times when sitestaff is active in the forums and updates are regular and then other times where not a peep is heard for months on end.  I have never felt there was a regular update pattern with the games on this site and so it makes it difficult to know if any of these suggestions are happening.

I realize there is no need for me to know the inner-workings of the company, but a regular update (even if it's just a note saying: "we're alive") is all that is needed to keep the children from getting restless.

For example, I have a ticket sitting open for months on end.  The only reason I'm not updating it is because I want to see how long it goes unanswered.

I get that.   However, I get responses(sometimes to questions I didn't ask but such is life) relatively quickly.  So I know they're alive. 

I'd like to see all MY suggestions implemented but that's just unreasonable.   As for Madden, I don't know that the game has changed in years.  But the "updates" they always provide are all player-related.   I get a fresh set of players here every three months.

Anyway, my point is we know WifS is around.   Whether they're doing anything can be debated.  But, if our requests are "Please do some updates!", I don't blame them for not doing updates.   Tell them what you want.  Being vague gets one nowhere.
