Also happy to see people woke up in my home state of Illinois. Hopefully Rauner can do something about the $100 Billion deficit democrats have run up.... Except in IL's scenario it's not a ***fixed rate****, "the state's unfunded liabilities were $96.8 billion in mid-2012 and would have hit $100 billion in January with a growth rate of $17.1 million a day". The ***whatever you want to call it*** is growing faster than the state can pay it back. I don't care what you call it.... That's just BAD.
