You pay corporate taxes based on where you sell them, smart guy. Not where you make them.

We were talking about corporate tax laws. How to use them. It's pretty simple. Goods made in the US are not subject to them or are taxed at an extremely reduced rate. Goods made outside the US are taxed or are taxed significantly higher. It evens the playing field because, unless you're a complete moron, you know goods can be made cheaper in some 3rd world country. Change the laws, change the equation.

If that's really what you meant, that's the first time it's been brought up here. And it isn't part of Trump's plan so...I don't know how you think I'd infer this new argument from your first post.

But anyway, there really isn't a tax rate low enough to make American labor competitive with foreign labor. Especially when the vast majority of businesses don't pay corporate income tax.

I'll defer to your vast knowledge of the tax rate laws/labor costs of the world.

I'll continue to believe there is a way to incentivize businesses to use American labor rather than ship it overseas. Of course, that way probably doesn't include $15 an hour pay for low skill jobs but, if that isn't part of the plan, I think there's a way.
